Can you buy extra check-in luggage if the ticket type is LITE?
Yes. Agents using Amadeus: book SRPDBG or FXK. Agents using Saber or Galileo either book in the website or contact CSA DK.
Can you change name?
Yes, total name changes or more than two letter errors indicating different name - fee between EUR 30-100. Name change is not allowed if OAL (other airlines) is involved in the booking. Name change is not allowed if the ticket is issued with foreign IATA no.
Adding infant to a booking already ticketed?
Follow the procedure below:
HOW TO ADD AN INF TO A PNR ALREADY TICKETED: CANCEL FA ELEMENT ASSOCIATED TO THE PASSENGER WHO WILL TRAVEL WITH THE INFANT.
3. ADD INFANT TO THE NAME ELEMENT:
>1/(INFPEREZ/BEBE/01JUN07)
4. SAVE CHANGES WITH ER.
5. IF RESIDENT DISCOUNT APPLIES, ADD FD ELEMENT.
6. PRICE INFANT RESERVATION:
>FXP/INF (IF THE ORIGINAL ADULT FARE STILL APPLIES)
>FXP/INF/R,(DATE OF ISSUE OF THE ADULT TKT)
ALWAYS APPLY THE INFANT DISCOUNT TO THE ORIGINAL ADULT FARE
7. ADD INFANT'S FP:
>FP INF CASH
8. REENTER ADULT'S TKT NUMBER:
>FHE 680-123456789/P1
9. REVALIDATE ADULT TKT: >TTP/ETRV/L(FH ADULT LINE)
10. CANCEL ORIGINAL FHE ADULT INSERTED (STEP 8).
11. ISSUE INFANT'S E-TICKET: >TTPET/INF
Can groups get sports bags (golf or ski) with instead of check-in luggage (max 23 kg)?
Yes, contact CSA DK who will help you arrange this.
Can groups have a sports bag as extra luggage (max 23 kg)?
Yes, will be booked as extra luggage in the reservation system
Can a group bring a musical instrument as hand luggage?
