Groups

Please be advised that, effective as from 8 July 2020, group bookings on Czech Airlines (OK) flights are allowed to be booked via own Czech Airlines offices and the offices of Czech Airlines General Sales Agents (GSA) worldwide only.

Group bookings created directly through GDS by travel agencies will not be accepted.  

Existing group bookings created by agencies directly through GSA on/before 7 July 2020 will be handled by the booking agency in unchanged manner.

Group definition.
A group consists of minimum 10 people, 2 years and older. NO Child discount, Infant 10% of netfare.

How to book a group:
Travel agents mail to Czech Airlines, using groups.nordic@czechairlines.com with the following information:
Number of passengers. 
Out and inbound dates.
Routing. 
IATA number & Office ID/PCC. 

Deposit:
If the reservation is made less than 5 months before departure:
20% deposit to be paid 21 days after confirmation

If the reservation is made more than 5 months before departure:
20% deposit to be paid 2 months after confirmation.

Final payment:
Last 80% of total fare and taxes, no later than 45 days prior to departure.

Payment of deposit and final payment:

• Responsibility for the group booking will be kept by GSA office/Czech Airlines office and cannot be transferred to BSP agency;
• Invoicing for deposit and final payment will be made by CSA GSA and mailed to your agency.
• Payment remain unchanged; 20% deposit and final payment as above
• Name change/fees are unchanged.
• Tickets will be issued by GSA office/Czech Airlines office and mailed to you between 7 and 14 days before departure.

Names:
No later than 14 days prior to departure
Change of name AFTER ticketing; DKK375/SEK545/NOK490/EUR50. Please contact Czech Airlines. 

Baggage allowance: 
23KG of check-in baggage and max 8KG hand luggage permitted.

Splitfee:
EUR60 will be payable pr. spilt/pr. passenger/pr. ticket – collected as DU tax.

Ticketing:
Will be mailed between 7-14 days before departure. Ticket fee will apply.

​Cancellations:
10% free seat release (min. 10 pax must remain in the PNR) – up to ticketing.

If group is cancelled less than 30 days before departure; no refund
