Flights to Europe and the Middle East
Business Class
Your Business Class customers will be served refreshments free of charge on all flights in Europe to/from the Middle East. Depending on the time of day and the type of aircraft used, we serve breakfast and cold or hot food on board, on Business Class procelain of course.
Flights with departure before 10 am
Regardless of the type of aircraft your customers are on board, they are offered welcome drinks and cold breakfast. A selection of cheeses and vegetables, fresh fruit and bread, butter and jam.
Your customers have the option choosing from a total of five breakfasts menus that include vegetarian food. On routes operated exclusively by jets, we also offer fresh yogurt just as your customers have the choice between cold and hot beverages as well as alcoholic beverages.
Flights with departure after 10 am
In addition to the traditional welcome drinks, our crew offers your customers hot menus which also include salad, dessert, fresh bread and butter, as well as a large selection of cold and hot drinks, incl. alcoholic beverages.
There are five different hot menus to choose from, inclusing our vegetarian menu.
On routes departing after 10 am, operated by our ATR turboprop aircraft, we offer cold menus and a large selection of cold and hot beverages as well as alcoholic beverages.
Your customers can choose from five menu suggestions, of course including our vegetarian menu.
Ask your customers to choose a menu before departure
You can book your customer's menu choices when booking the ticket, giving them optimal choices. If your customers have not chosen their preferred manu at least 24 hours before departure, they will be offered a menu based on our standard selection on board of the flight.
Economy Class
On-board dining is reserved for those of your customers who have purchased a FLEX ticket, which includes a free refreshment on our routes in Europe and to/from the Middle East. If you have customers with tickets type SMALL or PLUS, you can offer them to buy GOURMET MENUs in advance or suggest them to buy snacks and drinks directly on board.
Those of your customers who travel on FLEX tickets receive free snacks, biscuits and/or chocholate and water served during the flight. If your customers want a cold or hot breakfast during the flight, you can pre-order it for them as GOURMET MENU, depending on the type of flights used on the flight and the time of departure.
Order your customers' meals on board in advance
Your Economy Class customers can also order their meals on board directly on our website, where they can see the selection of meals themselves and order and pay directly.
However, please note that their booking must be placed no later than 24 hours before departue time. Pre-ordered GOURMET MENU's include three in-flight drinks: a soft drink, a beer or bottle of wine, and a hot drink.
Medium- and Long-Haul flights
Onall our Medium and Long-Haul flights, a complete and traditional inflight service with meals is included. Our menus are designed by renowned Czech chefs and we use only fresh ingridients. On our route to and from Riyadh, all meals are prepared according to halal standard.
Business Class
Flights to and from Seoul
Our crew offers your customers two servings of hot food and fruit as well as snacks on the Prague-Seoul route. In addition, your customers can choose from a large selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from well-known Czech producers, including our original Pilsner beer and quality wines. While serving the main meal on the flight, your customers are offered the choice of two types of soup and three hot meals, based on either European or Korean cuisine. Of course, all business class food is served on real porcelain and includes a starter, soup, main course, a salad, a selection of cheeses, dessert or ice cream as well as fresh bread with butter. The second serving depends on the time of day and includes either breakfast or dinner.
Flights to and from Riyahd
On flights between Prague and Riyadh, we offer your customers two servings, one of which includes a hot meal while other includes a cold meal. In addition, we offer your customers a large selection of soft drinks and hot drinks during the flight. We serve alcoholic beverages on this route only for those of your customers who request it.
Our main course conists of a starter, a main course of your customers' choice (two menus from the international cuisine can be chosen), a salad, a selection of cheeses, dessert and fresh bread with butter.
The second serving consists of a cold snack as well as dessert.
Economy Class
Flights to and from Seoul
Our long-haul route between Prague and Seoul offers two servings for your customers. A hot meal, a sald, dessert and fresh bread with butter make up one serving where you can choose between two hot meals from Czech and Korean cuisine respectively. Your customers can also choose from a wide selection of cold and hot beverages, including the traditional Czech Pilsner beer and qualty wine. All servings are included in the fare.
Flights to and from Riyahd
We offer your customers two servings on our flights between Prague and Riyadh, one consisting of a hot meal while the other includes a baguette with fillings. Your customers can choose between two meals during the main meal, which also includes a salad, dessert and fresh bread with buttter. Also, on flights to and from Riyadh, your customers can choose from a wide selection of cold and hot drinks. We only offer alcoholic beverages to those of your cusomters who ask for them on this flight route.
